It's important that before you sleep, take 5 minutes of your time to stretch your body.

Stretching in the morning allows you to gently rebalance your energy. Forget the feeling of being rusty when you get up and give your body a whiplash. Well-stretched muscles, joints, and bones promote good blood circulation.

In addition, stretching allows you to have more flexibility at the level of muscle tissues and joints. Your muscles return to have dynamism and your body a better mobility. Stretching exercises help you prevent small ailments that threaten you daily or the tensions that you could accumulate throughout the day.

3 MINUTES TO STRETCH: A SMART GESTURE -. Feet parallel to the width of the pelvis, gently roll your head thinking of tucking your chin in. -. Let the back round out and unroll it vertebra by vertebra. -. Raise your relaxed arms forward. -. Lower your bust keeping your legs straight, your body weight slightly forward, your head between your knees. -. The rest of the body is perfectly relaxed, you should not feel any tension in the arms or neck. No need to force down, let your body speak for itself. Think about emptying your head and taking deep breaths (abdominal breathing). Relax and hold the position for 3 minutes. -. Always relaxed arms and shoulders, straighten progressively unrolling each of the body parts: the pelvis and lumbar, the lats, the cervicals.

A few minutes before you get up, take a little time to do this exercise to recharge your batteries to start the day on the right foot!
