Do you already have your list of goals?

Do you have your list? Many times we think that it is not necessary. We believe that simply remembering it is enough. Or in other words, we have a mental list that we think can last as long as we need it. If we only knew the number of people who daily fail to achieve their goals by simple forgetfulness, we would understand the true importance of the list. And it is that making a list of goals is very simple. Although I personally like it as follows:

Strategy for creating a list of goals In fact, I don't have a list, but 3. First List - Short Term Goals: What do I want to achieve this week, this month? Clearly this list can be short, depending on the personal projects you have, and the ideas to improve your life that you are carrying out. Ideally, the goals on this list should not exceed one month.

This list should be reviewed every week. You can take a few minutes on Sunday to do it, checking what you have accomplished, and rethinking what you are going to accomplish in the next week.

Second List - Medium Term Goals: What projections do I have for this year? How do I plan to end on Christmas? What will my income, relationships and ideals be like? These medium-term goals should be the clearest and most concrete of all, as they are the ones that will largely define your success in life.

This list is reviewed every month. The same strategy of the first applies. Try not to overlap the day of reviewing this list with the day of reviewing the first one.

Third List - Long Term Goals: And last but not least, the dreams and long term life projects. Where do you want to live in a few years? How do you want your family to be? What places do you want to travel to? How abundant will your life be? Write it all down.

This list should be reviewed at the end of the year. Nothing better than finishing a great year, having reached the proposed goals, and being able to tell everyone who had 1,000 dreams in January, that you did achieve the ones you set for yourself.

Not so much because it is a satisfaction to demonstrate to others, or to create status as a result of this, but rather to set the example and the concept that "yes you can". Of course, creating a list alone will not help you achieve your goals. You have to act and try hard. What this helps you is to create a success-oriented mindset, and put aside any kind of belief or thought related to mediocrity.
