If you want to combat anxiety and stress in a simple way, there are many apps that you can download to learn how to meditate and slowly calm your mind to balance. Here 5 apps to meditate with.


1. Petit Bambou You can download it to your mobile or meditate from its website. It is paid monthly. You can choose what you specifically want meditation for (Sleep, Overcome Fears, Calm Anxiety).



2. Calm

Through the sounds of nature, the app helps you to teleport to the desired place and finally, relax. It also contains daily sessions. Even Matthew McConaughey can send you to bed (Only voice present, sorry) as it contains a special dream where some of the audios are recorded by celebrities.

3. Headspace Founded on science, its goal is to help you exercise your mind through mindfulness. Perfect for beginners or people with a higher level, as it adapts to different steps. The application is free and contains various guided meditations.

4. The Mindfulness app It will help you live the moment in a simple way through its meditation exercises. You can also download your favorite sessions to listen to them offline.

5 . Insight Timer This app has a free version where thousands of coaches and guides offer meditations of various durations and themes. It also offers small courses of the paid version.


It seems to me personally that daily meditations are excellent for health, mind and creativity. Choose the application of your preference and start this adventure that you will not regret.
