The actress uses a phosphor stick to shade out her eyes and give them more depth.
She brushed the light-beige shade all over her lids and used the light-brown one in her crease; then wet an eyeliner brush and used that to apply the same light-brown color as liner (another cool trick!). As a finishing touch, she went in with a little of the reddish-brown color to bring out her baby blues.
I like this tip because it shows how a subtle shadow choice can still make your eyes pop; you don't necessarily have to contrast green eyes with bright-purple liner, for instance, to get that intensifying effect.
What color are your eyes, and do you have a trick for making the shade look richer or brighter?
Would you dare to use this technique?
Come on!
